Please see Box Sizes. This has the sizes in mm of the postal style boxes, 0427, the letter box sizes and standard boxes 0201.
No. We print and supply pre die cut boxes, this is the most cost effective way for small print runs of less than 1000. For custom size a die needs to be made to cut and crease the boxes and for small prints runs is expensive.
Yes all the boxes are 100% recyclable
We do not pantone match brown boxes because the cardboard changes the colour of the ink. If printing on white cardboard we can pantone match the colour, there is an additional cost
Yes we can apply a self-seal strip at 0.20p extra per box
For the best results a vector format with your design created in either CorelDraw or Adobe illustrator. We can also use high resolution PDF PNG or JPEG depending on the design. We can also re-draw your artwork in a vector format. If you are unsure send your artwork and we can check it for you Check my file
Yes. We create a scale layout which you can change as many times as needed. We then require you to approve the final layout before printing
We print on any flat area of the box. We do not print over the folds of the box.
No, inserts need to be made to order, it would be advisable to have to boxes and inserts made by the same supplier
We supply the 2 main styles of shipping boxes the 0427 and the 0201 also the 0427 is available in letterbox size, with a depth of 20mm makes it perfect for subscription boxes
Our boxes are made from corrugated cardboard. This is light and strong ideal for protecting your product in transit and keep shipping cost down.
We do not supply coloured boxes at this time, the coloured boxes have a different finish and require solvent based inks to print which are not environmentally friendly . We only print using water-based ink. We supply 2 colours white and Kraft brown. The white boxes are white inside and out
Shipping boxes are more cost effective printed in one two, or 3 colours. For brand recognition 2 colour logos are more effective, take Amazon, Fedex, Facebook Coca Cola all use one or two colours.
Our minimum order is 50 but we can print lower volumes as low as 30 but the cost per box is more expensive.
Yes we can help with your design we just need a brief of what you would like for your project.
Once you have approved your design it takes around 7 working days, it also depends on the number of print areas and the the number of colours but once you place an order and have approved your artwork we can give you an approximate delivery date.
We supply 0427 and 0201 style of boxes but we can try and source other boxes styles. If you need a style not on the website just contact us to see if we can help.
